Gamers looking for the best PC RPGs coming to stores in 2010

Gamers looking for the best PC RPGs coming to stores in 2010
will be quite happy with the forthcoming selection. Looking past
the early 2010 RPG releases, there's a wealth of games to
challenge role playing fans of all walks of life in the months
to come. We will discuss a few of the more interesting titles
that are hitting the PC platform.
One game coming soon is Clover: A Curious Tale. Rather
than a traditional role-playing game, it is an updated version
of the side-scrolling platformer that was released previously on
consoles. However, for this PC version of the game, the player
is going to be challenged through role-playing styled endeavors
and more. The style that made this game unique is still there,
but the developers took players feedback and revamped the whole
thing. While it's not the traditional epic RPG, this game
features a rich amount of features, puzzles and more to hold the
attention of even the most jaded gaming fan. The game is set to
be released March 3rd, 2010. Dragon Age: Origins Awakenings is more interesting by far
s an expansion set in Amaranthine. This sprawling add-on
brings together classic elements with expanded content,
storyline, five new party members and characters from Dragon
Age: Origins, new spells, new abilities and a raise in the level
cap. Another key update is that the game now includes a human
male mage named Anders, an escaped prisoner. For fans of Dragon
Age, this expansion really packs a punch and will reinvigorate
an already great game with all new options and playable in-game
features. The release is set to March 16th, 2010. UFO: Extraterrestrials GOLD which is coming through on
March 16th 2010 is also an interesting release. The game is an
updated and vastly improved upgrade to the classic game. It
features new maps, possibility to hire new soldiers, globe UFO
swarms, and many more options not found in the original release.
This game picks up after the original left off and is a welcome
addition to the new releases for 2010. City of Heroes is set to get a full expansion pack as
early as July 2010 according to a press release from NCsoft. The
long-awaited update to the award winning MMORPG is going to get
a huge amount of upgrades and will take place on a parallel
world. Players will be excited to see all the new upgrades to
the engine, characters, and more. Of course we could not talk about RPGs without mentioning Final
Fantasy. FF XIV online will begin beta as soon as March
11, 2010 and many fans are already preparing their systems to
run this major game from Square Enix. Longtime fans and
newcomers will recognize the Final Fantasy name as one of the
largest RPG franchises in history. The legacy continues for PC
gamers with the latest installment of online RPG glory. If all
goes well March 11, 2010 will be a banner date for those waiting
for this game. Stay tuned for the latest http://rpgpcgames.net/category/pc-rpg-reviews/ as the games start to hit the shelves.
